Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates – Packing to join our fast-paced distribution center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will accurately pack customer orders for shipment, using RF scanners and Android devices while adhering to quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial, and safety is a top priority in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack customer orders using RF scanners, Android devices, and warehouse management systems.
• Follow established packing procedures and company standards for order fulfillment.
• Inspect packing equipment and workstations before use and report any damage or safety concerns.
• Assemble, line, pad, and seal cartons to protect products during shipment.
• Verify product quantities, sizes, colors, and order accuracy before packing.
• Generate and apply shipping labels and complete required documentation.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; support 5S initiatives.
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
