Job summary

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate – Picking to join our fast-paced distribution center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will accurately select customer orders using RF scanners and WMS, ensuring quality and timeliness.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Weekend/Overtime availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners, Android devices, and WMS.
• Navigate pick modules to locate and retrieve merchandise efficiently.
• Inspect RF devices, pick carts, totes, and other equipment before use and report any damage or safety concerns.
• Verify product quantities, sizes, colors, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Label inventory and apply ILPNs as required.
• Release completed totes onto the conveyor system for downstream processing.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily business goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on business needs.
