Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates – Packing to join our fast-paced distribution center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will pack customer orders for shipment, following safety and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a high-volume warehouse, and the flexibility to work Sundays through Thursdays 10am-6:30pm, with potential overtime. Join a team that values accuracy, speed, and teamwork while contributing to on-time order

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience using RF scanners or WMS is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
• Follow packing procedures and standards.
• Inspect packing equipment and report issues.
• Assemble cartons and ensure product protection.
• Verify quantities, sizes, and order accuracy.
• Generate shipping labels and complete documentation.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed.
• Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
