Job summary

Fashion Nova LLC is hiring for a Warehouse Associate – Packing in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This seasonal manual labor role centers on accurately packing customer orders, using RF scanners and WMS, to meet quality standards.

The position supports a fast-paced distribution center and requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates to ensure on-time shipping. The shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack customer orders using RF scanners, Android devices, and warehouse management systems.
• Follow established packing procedures and company standards for order fulfillment.
• Inspect packing equipment and workstations before use and report any damage or safety concerns.
• Assemble, line, pad, and seal cartons to ensure products are protected during shipment.
• Verify product quantities, sizes, colors, and order accuracy before packing.
• Generate and apply shipping labels and complete required documentation.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily business goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety requirements.
