Job summary

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates – Packing to join our fast-paced distribution center in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will pack customer orders for shipment, following safety and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a high-volume warehouse, and the flexibility to work Sundays through Thursdays 10am-6:30pm, with potential overtime. Join a team that values accuracy, speed, and teamwork while contributing to on-time order

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience using RF scanners or WMS is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates – Packing to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing customer orders for shipment while ensuring all products are prepared safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack customer orders using RF scanners, Android devices, and warehouse management systems.
• Follow established packing procedures and company standards for order fulfillment.
• Inspect packing equipment and workstations before use and report any damage or safety concerns.
• Assemble, line, pad, and seal cartons to ensure products are protected during shipment.
• Verify product quantities, sizes, colors, and order accuracy before packing.
• Generate and apply shipping labels and complete required documentation.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily business goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety requirements.
