Location:

1260 Collings Dr., Lockbourne, OH 43137

Pay Target:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift:

Sunday - Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Employment Responsibilities:

The Lead Package Handler / Warehouse Worker oversees the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. They work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination
• Previous leadership experience is highly preferred
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items averaging 50 lbs, occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages or preparing outgoing freight
• Train sorters to perform tasks safely and accurately
• Provide feedback to sorters
• Inspect packages for safety for transportation
