Location: 4647 60th Street SE Suite 400, Kentwood, MI 49512

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift: Sunday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM AND Monday - Thursday from 4:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.

This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Our Package Handler Leads are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Area and Operations M anage rs to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  
  

Your Mission In Motion

• Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
• Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately.
• Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.
• Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.
