Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Selector to efficiently move products between loading dock and warehouse, using pallet jacks and forklifts where applicable. You will select cases, stage orders for shipment, and operate in a multi-temperature warehouse environment.

The role includes safety checks, PPE usage, and adherence to productivity standards. Training pay starts at $20 per hour with incentive potential around $27 per hour, with benefits from Day 1 of employment.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and move product weighing 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Must become EPJ certified within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare supplies for operations.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack and forklift, wear required PPE.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and move along multi-level racks to locate products.
• Pick items from slots and racks, stage completed orders for shipping.
• Transport palletized orders to shipping dock, wrap and label for shipment.
• Secure equipment and complete paperwork at shift end.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
