Job summary

UNFI in Lancaster, TX is seeking Warehouse Associates to join during our busy season. You'll work 40+ hours per week in a team environment with weekly pay and a weekend shift differential.

You'll handle product selection, operate RF scanners, and move pallets with electric pallet jacks while maintaining safety and accuracy. This union-position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to consent to background and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds continuously with frequent bending, stooping and lifting.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Adheres to attendance policy and commits to work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Selects a variety of food/beverage products.
• Transports products throughout the warehouse on electric pallet jacks.
• Utilizing an RF Scanner
• Maintains a positive attitude and sense of teamwork.
• Assists other departments with work activities as needed.
• Builds strong relationships within the warehouse to promote a safe and respectful working environment.
• Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.
• Ensures the labels and pallets are accurate.
