Weekend Warehouse Order Selector — $22.75+/hr

Job summary

UNFI in the United States is seeking a FLEX Order Selection team member who will pull customer orders in the warehouse, palletize them, and place them in the correct locations. This role rewards accurate work, strategic thinking, and teamwork.

You'll operate motorized equipment such as Electric Pallet Jacks, work across varying temperatures, and train for two weeks with Sunday starts. The starting wage is $22.75 per hour with a $2.00/hour weekend differential, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience selecting is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Identify the pick locations and safely pick the items
• Inspects assigned equipment for safety issues
• Picks the correct item and quantity, checking UPCs or item descriptions
• Places labels on the side of the cases
• Shrink wraps and labels with correct truck, stop and other required information.
• Stages pallets in appropriate bay and builds a stable pallet
• Operates pallet jack/pushcart in a safe and efficient manner
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
