Job summary

UNFI is hiring for an Order Selector role in the warehouse. You will identify pick locations, accurately pick items, and prepare pallets for shipping. You will operate pallet jacks and ensure correct labeling and stacking while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to work in temperature-controlled environments, and weekend availability. We offer comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience selecting is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of WMS is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.
• Inspects assigned equipment for safety issues.
• Picks the correct item and quantity, checking UPCs or item descriptions.
• Places labels on the side of the cases.
• Shrink wraps and labels with the required information.
• Stages pallets in the appropriate bay and builds a stable pallet.
• Inform supervisor of safety threats or policy violations.
• Operate pallet jack/pushcart safely.
• Work may occur with varying supervision.
