Job summary

UNFI in Carlisle, PA seeks a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will identify pick locations, label cases, shrink-wrap pallets, and ensure safe operations while meeting daily throughput targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience selecting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.
• Inspects assigned equipment for safety issues.
• Picks the correct item and quantity, checking UPCs or item descriptions.
• Places labels on the side of the cases.
• Shrink wraps and labels with correct truck, stop and other required information.
• Stages pallets in appropriate bay and builds a stable pallet.
• Immediately informs a supervisor or manager of any safety threats or policy violations.
