Job summary

UNFI is hiring for a Lancaster, TX warehouse position. The role supports a busy season with opportunities for 40+ hours weekly in a team-oriented environment.

The job includes weekly pay, incentive pay for productivity, weekend shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and a union setting. Responsibilities include selecting products, operating RF scanners, and moving goods with electric pallet jacks while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to consent to background and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and perform bending, stooping, and lifting.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Adheres to attendance policy and work schedule.
• Food or Beverage selection preferred.
• Good judgment in situations with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Select a variety of food/beverage products.
• Transport products throughout the warehouse on electric pallet jacks.
• Utilize an RF Scanner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Assist other departments with work activities as needed.
• Build strong relationships within the warehouse to promote safety and respect.
• Maintain order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimal damage.
• Ensure labels and pallets are accurate.
