Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution (QCD) in Frisco, TX, is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Selector) for our Dallas operations. You will load, pick, and ship orders in a fast-paced, multi-temperature warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy and safety across the supply chain.

The role requires forklift certification, experience with pallet jacks, RF scanners, and WMS, plus ability to work a 4-day schedule starting early mornings. Benefits include health plans and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Electric Pallet Jack use within the last 2 years.
• Comfort working in temperatures from -5 °F to 38 °F.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork and safety mindset.
• Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift).
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory.
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols.
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products.
