Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Selector) for our Boston facility. You will be part of a fast-paced warehouse team, moving, selecting, and preparing orders in a multi-temperature environment to support our distribution network.

You’ll load, pick, and pack customer orders, operate pallet jacks and forklifts with certification, and utilize RF scanners and the WMS to ensure accuracy. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in daily shifts.

Qualifications

• Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Commitment to safety and accurate order picking.
• Experience with warehouse tech and handheld scanners preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and 1+ years of safe equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment and pick orders.
• Inspect and verify accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
