Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level warehouse storage. Items are moved to the loading dock with an electric pallet jack, wrapped, labeled and readied for shipment in a timely manner while following safety standards.

The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants, training pay of $20 per hour plus incentives up to $26+ after training, and a Sunday–Friday schedule with 5pm start and an

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Place pallets on pallet jack, move along racks, and locate products per orders.
• Load, wrap, label, and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and complete required paperwork at shift end.
