Vistar is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate to pick cases and containers from multi-level racks and prepare orders for shipment. The role uses electric pallet jacks/forklifts, requires safety compliance, and helps maintain product flow.

Overtime is common in summer and productivity-based pay applies. Compensation includes a rate of $22-$35 per hour plus a cooler/freezer differential and a quality bonus for accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6-12 months of warehouse/distribution experience.

Responsabilités

• Select cases and containers of products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Move orders to loading dock staging with electric pallet jack/forklift and prepare for shipment.
• Observe safety regulations and ensure quality standards while maintaining efficient product flow.
• Perform duties as a team member and assist as required.
• Follow safety policies, verify supplies, check equipment, and wear PPE.
• Transport completed pallets to shipping dock; may shrink-wrap as needed.
• Replace batteries and complete vehicle inspection at shift end.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Formation

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
