Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada in Portland, OR is seeking hands-on warehouse teammates to support daily fulfillment activities, including order picking, restocking, bulk selecting, and custodial tasks.

As an SC1 associate, you may rotate among roles to meet business needs. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with pay at $21.25/hour and opportunities for additional performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and job requirements.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Lift, lower, push/pull or carry product up to 70 pounds.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Restock shelves and prep work area for next shift while following safety procedures.
• Select, pull, and pack totes; cut cases of merchandise or stock products.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the facility; perform basic duties as needed.
