Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our world-class supply chain in Portland, OR. You may perform several roles—Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector or Custodian—with safety at the forefront and flexibility to move between tasks as needed.

The role offers a pay-for-performance structure with $22.50/hour base (includes $1.25 shift differential), and eligibility for full-time or part-time benefits, plus footwear after 60 days and various employee resource programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand/walk 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily goals.
• Restock shelves and prepare work area for the next shift.
• Select and pack products, move totes and cases to conveyor.
• Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance in the facility.
