Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate in California to join our Supply Chain team. You may work in Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian roles, rotating as needed to meet daily production goals and safety standards.

You will handle scanning, packing, stocking, cleaning and general warehouse duties. The schedule is 11:00am-7:30pm Monday through Friday with overtime as required; includes pay for performance and a shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic
• Ability to work with safety procedures
• Strong collaboration with colleagues and customers
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Assist in Order Picking to prep customer orders accurately and on time
• Restock shelves and prep work area for next shift following safety rules
• Select and pack merchandise, move totes, and manage case cutting workflows
• Maintain cleanliness with general maintenance duties and sanitation of facilities
