Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our Staples World Class Supply Chain team. The role includes Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, and Custodian duties with safety at the forefront. The SC1 associate may shift between these areas as needed, with a pay-for-performance structure and a shift differential.

Typical schedule is 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday. Full-time and part-time benefits are available; 21.50/hour includes a 1.00/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Basic English language skills for verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work assigned schedule and meet safety guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds by hand and stand/walk for long periods.
• Willingness to work overtime or extra hours as business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily production goals.
• Restock shelves and prep the work area for the next shift.
• Select, pack totes, and cut cases for merchandise.
• Clean and sanitize the facility and maintain safety procedures.
• Occasionally move between roles as needed (SC1 associate).
