Job summary

Rexel USA in Gold River, CA is seeking an Order Picker to join our Talley team. You will pick customer orders and support internal transfers, following established procedures and requirements, with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to operate a handheld scanner and forklift. Growth and safety are valued in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1-year warehouse experience required.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive working environment based on team dynamics, mutual respect, and adherence to the organization's stated principles and values
• Pick customer orders, accurately and in a timely manner
• Determine if orders can ship via the manner indicated on the picking ticket and take the necessary actions to resolve incompatible shipping methods
• Provide picked orders to the shipping team / will call support for outbound processing
• Demonstrate and apply analytic problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day inventory issues that impact order-picking processes
• Participate in daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility
• Displays strong work ethic and honesty and adheres to all company policies and procedures
• Engages in work with a high sense of urgency, highly organized and detail-oriented
• Be open to change and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations
