Job summary

Engramec is seeking a Picker/packer to accurately select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a warehouse setting. You will ensure items are handled securely and meet quality standards before leaving the facility.

Key duties include picking items from shelves, packing securely, labeling and scanning with the WMS, and verifying quantities and quality prior to shipment. Overtime, evenings, or weekends may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse/logistics experience a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand order sheets, invoices, and labels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move boxes/products up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer or scanner knowledge helpful.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Warehouse setting with frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
