Job summary

Pano AI is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to keep goods moving for our Plant Operations team as our warehouse network grows. This is a hands-on role on the floor with receiving, picking, packing, staging, and accurate shipping, plus building tracking systems on top of the physical work.

You will develop records and processes, tighten storage layouts, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams to smooth operations as we scale across sites and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations with hands-on receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Comfort operating pallet jack and forklift; certification a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail; accuracy matters.

Responsibilities

• On the floor: receive inbound shipments, pick/pack/shipping, staging and kitting, and safe material handling using pallet jack/forklift.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to keep goods moving and resolve delays.
• Build and maintain records of inventory and shipments using spreadsheets; document repeatable processes as sites scale.
