Job summary

Pano AI is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to keep goods moving as our warehouse network grows. This hands-on role on the floor handles receiving, picking, packing, staging, and ensuring on-time shipments, while building the tracking systems that support operations.

You’ll balance floor work with records, layout optimization, carrier issue resolution, and developing repeatable processes for new sites and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Solid spreadsheet skills; ability to document records for others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Experience with a WMS, ERP, or inventory system.
• Experience supporting hardware deployments, kitting, or field equipment logistics.
• Experience at a company scaling its warehouse or distribution footprint.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments — unload, verify against packing lists, inspect for damage, and put away
• Pick, pack, label, and ship outbound orders accurately and on schedule
• Stage and kit equipment for deployment, including unboxing, assembly, and prep before it ships
• Operate a pallet jack and forklift to move and stage material safely
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks, and reconcile discrepancies
• Handle returns, RMAs, and inbound repair units
• Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and navigable as volume grows
• Track shipments and proactively identify and resolve delays, discrepancies, and bottlenecks
• Coordinate with carriers, vendor partners, and internal teams to keep goods moving
• Communicate clearly and consistently with Plant Operations stakeholders on shipment status and issues
• Route escalations quickly and follow through until they are actually resolved
• Build and maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries — today largely in spreadsheets
• Develop and document repeatable receiving, storage, and shipping processes as we add sites and partners
• Improve storage layout, transportation routes, and shipping workflows for greater efficiency
• Partner with Plant Operations leadership to flag process and systems gaps, and help stand up better tooling as the network scales
