Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a warehouse supervisor in Appleton, WI to lead receiving, loading, and returns operations with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and customer service.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, supervisory capability, and willingness to work Sundays through Thursdays evenings with potential overtime. Training, competitive wages, and full benefits are provided to support growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Experience supervising assistants and helpers.
• Ability to learn and use company computer systems.
• Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
• Good memory and scanning abilities.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs and climb 20 feet regularly.
• Willing to learn to operate a forklift.
• Possess valid driver’s license and comply with company policy.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test (no THC testing).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to assigned personnel through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication.
• Conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Supports safety programs to ensure policy and regulatory compliance; maintains a safe work environment.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Conducts regular meetings to inform staff of policies and procedures; enforces productivity standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
• Receiving: check in products, stock items safely and accurately.
• Loading: pick products for daily and special deliveries; load trucks safely.
• Returns: inspect and restock; process warranty paperwork; manage outbound freight and transfers.
• Operate power equipment, including forklift; may act as backup driver.
