Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is hiring for a warehouse associate in Wisconsin. The role will involve loading, unloading, stocking tires and auto parts using forklifts or picker equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will work Monday–Thursday 2:00pm–10:30pm and Sundays 1:00pm–9:30pm, with mandatory overtime during peak months. Expect lifting up to 80 pounds, heights to 25 feet, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
• At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
• Able to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
• Able to push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires
• Comfortable working at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
• Follow company safety policies, state and federal regulations
• Able to pass forklift certification
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Able to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Able to work in a team environment
• Must pass pre-employment drug test (no THC)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally; team lifts or use mechanical equipment for tires
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires
• Stock racks up to 25 feet tall; work at heights safely while operating equipment
• Be on the move; stand for extended periods and overtime as needed
• Contribute to our culture of safety, adhering to safety policies and procedures
• May assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call
• Duties may include other tasks as assigned by supervisor
