Job summary

GoKeyless is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist in Miamisburg, OH. This role handles returns processing, vendor recovery, and bench configuration coverage, reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager within GoKeyless Care.

You will manage defective claims end‑to‑end, support keying and lock configuration, and cross‑train for fulfillment and inventory tasks. A strong detail orientation and NetSuite proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactional, record‑driven work.
• Warehouse experience including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with device programming to certify on keying and locking configurations.

Responsibilities

• Run returns processing: inspect, restock, and disposition authorized returns; log in NetSuite; route questions to Customer Care Manager.
• Own the defective claims process from start to finish: eligibility, submission, and credit flow to AP.
• Cover keying, coding, and lock configuration: pinning, cutting, and programming locks per order spec; validate work.
• Cover warehouse fulfillment: cross‑train on receiving, picking, packing, shipping; support outbound quality.
• Support inventory accuracy: weekly cycle counts and reflect restocked returns in NetSuite.
• Follow processes and drive continuous improvement using approved tools.
