Job summary

Medline in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring receipt, storage and shipment of supplies safely and efficiently. You will direct and develop a team of warehouse professionals, encouraging safety, accountability and continuous improvement.

You will monitor performance, optimize space, maintain equipment, and work with customer service to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies and equipment; manage overtime within budget.
• Ensure receipt, storage and shipment of materials; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coach and mentor team in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Lead day-to-day activities; assign, monitor and review progress; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
