Responsibilities

• Supervise order fulfillment teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Direct intake of incoming materials, ensuring proper storage.
• Analyze order reports to correct picking discrepancies.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse machinery and fleet vehicles.
• Record monthly safety briefings to maintain a safe environment.
• Generate shipping paperwork to streamline operations.
• Complete invoicing in ERP to finalize orders.
• Schedule freight pickups and liaise with carriers.
• Verify shipments match paperwork to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support logistics with local delivery route planning.
• Utilize forklift to pick, move, and prep inventory.
• Maintain internal documentation for data integrity.
• Implement standardized packaging for secure transit.
• Uphold cleanliness and security throughout the warehouse.
• Provide tracking info to sales for customer orders.
• Address shipping or delivery issues promptly.
• Assist with cycle counts and ERP reconciliation.
• Conduct physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Cross-train across departments to drive process improvements.
