Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. in Illinois is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of Warehouse Technicians and Purchasing Coordinators in daily warehousing operations.

You will coordinate with the Maintenance/Operations leadership to plan and execute projects with defined deliverables and long-term needs. The role requires 3–5 years of warehousing experience and 2 years of supervisory responsibility, plus strong communication and inventory skills.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises warehouse technicians and purchasing coordinators on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversees stock control and ensures orders meet budget expectations.
• Maintains adequate inventory of maintenance parts and capital purchases.
• Ensures purchase orders are created and allocated per budget.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and procurement policies.
• Drives efficiency and identifies opportunities for process improvements.
