Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree B.S. or B.A. degree preferred.
• Three to five years of warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment required.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work outside in all weather conditions.
• DL NUMBER - Driver's License, valid and in state required.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• OSHA-10 Training required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises warehouse technicians and purchasing coordinators daily.
• Oversees stock control and ensures orders are processed accurately and on budget.
• Maintains inventory of maintenance parts, tools, assets and capital purchases.
• Ensures purchase orders are created and allocated per budget.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and procurement policies.
• Operates within approved budget and ensures vendor billing accuracy.
• Assist Maintenance Director to define resources for projects.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety of work environment.
• Identify opportunities for more efficient practices.
• Prepare inventory and usage reports and other project records.
• Support Notivus system, vendor approvals, contracts, and CR&R as needed.
• Escalate property issues and represent the community professionally.
• Driver’s license required; travel as needed.
