Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Warehouse Operations Team Lead in Carson, CA. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3pm–11:30pm, leading a team across one or more warehouse accounts. You will track hours, coordinate shipping, rework labor, cycles, and ensure safe handling of inbound freight and accurate picking for shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience, with proficiency in Excel and warehouse equipment. Eligibility varies by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably Stand Up Forklift.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Track employee hours in account to provide feedback.
• Direct team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
• Coordinate shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts.
• Unload and move inbound freight safely to storage locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Perform picking duties efficiently meeting customer and company standards.
