Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in Commerce City, CO to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor. You will direct work assignments to meet service and cost objectives.

Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, put-away, picking, loading, and safety/compliance efforts. Strong leadership, data entry, and MHE experience are valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, and loading processes.
• Direct work assignments to employees to meet goals.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift responsibilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Suggest process improvements to supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Train staff on SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and proper inventory labeling.
• Assist in inventory staging for delivery.
• Support security of the warehouse.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
