Legacy Supply Chain in Greenfield, IN is seeking an Operations Supervisor to plan and coordinate department activities, lead a team, and ensure the facility runs smoothly while meeting company goals. The role requires hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor and strong communication.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ experience at the Operations Supervisor level or equivalent.
• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a team oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills required.
• Proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Warehouse Management System experience

• Manage all aspects of assigned department/shift.
• Maintain a high degree of visibility and access to employees on the warehouse floor.
• Establish and maintain facility standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy. Ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by employees.
• Monitor the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded.
• Provide ongoing training/retraining of employees to ensure that they are prepared to meet or exceed the productivity standards for their function.
• Administrative duties include preparing required reports and correspondence as needed.
• Administer policies/procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Professionally address issues with employees utilizing the proper resources.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all operating systems.
• Support facility’s safety programs and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned
