Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience at the Operations Supervisor or equivalent level preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a team oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills required.
• Proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Warehouse Management System experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate department activities and supervise a team.
• Maintain visibility on the warehouse floor and monitor performance.
• Ensure productivity, reliability, and accuracy per policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing training and retraining for staff.
• Prepare required reports and correspondence.
• Support safety programs and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned
