Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Cranbury, NJ. You will prepare inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure efficient and safe warehouse activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in a parts department or warehouse. Proficiency in MS Office and forklift/pallet jack operation are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1 year warehouse or parts experience preferred.
• MS Outlook/Word/Excel proficiency preferred; telephone and email-based support experience a plus.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation required; valid state operator's permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily opening/closing of the facility, ensuring proper building security.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers; stage and prepare equipment and parts for shipment one day in advance.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment; follow all safety procedures and spot for forklift drivers.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for current and incoming equipment/parts; notify Manager of new arrivals.
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly; escalates issues to Manager as needed.
• Provide courteous service to employees and suppliers; support process improvement efforts.
