Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in New Jersey to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and collaborate with Sales, Service, and Installation teams. The role emphasizes compliance, safety, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Logistics
• 5+ years warehouse experience, 3+ in leadership/supervision
• Working knowledge of ERP; SAP experience preferred
• Forklift and pallet jack certification required

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, inventory management, storage, and compliance with processes/regulations
• Lead and develop warehouse team through mentoring, training, and performance management
• Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, customer pricing updates, freight discounts, warranty credits, and returns in SAP and/or Salesforce
• Monitor inventory levels via physical counts and system verification; manage par levels and restock based on trends
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Installation teams to forecast equipment/parts needs
• Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries; resolve discrepancies related to availability, delivery, pricing, and schedules
• Safely operate and supervise forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment
