Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and distribution of laundry equipment and parts.

You will lead a team, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. A strong background in SAP and forklift operations is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher; 5+ years warehouse experience, 3+ in leadership
• ERP experience; SAP preferred
• Forklift and pallet jack certification required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, inventory, storage, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff through coaching and performance management.
• Process POs, vendor invoices, pricing updates, freight discounts, warranty credits, and returns in SAP/Salesforce.
• Monitor inventory levels via physical counts and system verification; manage par levels and restock.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Installation teams to forecast equipment and parts needs.
• Serve as escalation point for customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies in availability, delivery, and shipping schedules.
• Safely operate and supervise forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
