Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accuracy and safety.

The role handles inbound and outbound shipments, maintains inventory levels, and collaborates with purchasing and operations to keep processes running smoothly. This full-time position requires reliability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Outlook/Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of parts department or warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel preferred; phone/email support a plus.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation required; valid state operator's permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily opening/closing of the facility and ensure building security.
• Load/unload trucks; stage and prepare equipment and parts for shipment.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks; follow safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels; notify Manager of new arrivals.
• Keep warehouse clean, escalate issues to Manager as needed.
• Provide courteous service to employees and suppliers; support process improvements.
