Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Internship in Ohio. This 10-week, full-time program offers hands-on exposure to warehouse operations and leadership development, with a wage of $28.00 per hour plus overtime eligibility.

Successful completion may lead to full-time opportunities after graduation; interns learn training, inventory control, and process improvements while collaborating with staff and executives.

Responsibilities

• Assists leadership with training and with all administrative tasks.
• Initiates improvements to create an excellent working environment and improve warehouse associate performance and efficiency.
• Attends and assists with interview events and orientations.
• Assists Inventory Control Team with inventory control tasks.
• Assists with Waste Walks and Seven Step Problem Solving.
• Prepares a presentation along with a report on an area of warehouse operations for ALDI executives.
• Works closely with team members to develop subject matter knowledge.
• Attends company/team trainings and meetings as appropriate.
• Maintains professionalism through attendance, adherence to guidelines and meeting objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.
