Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a Warehouse Operations Internship in the United States. The program runs 10 weeks at 40 hours per week with a wage of $28.00 per hour and eligibility for overtime.

The role provides real-world experience in warehouse operations and may lead to full-time opportunities after graduation. Participants will learn from the training leader, collaborate with warehouse staff, and assist in training, policies, and administrative tasks while developing leadership skills and process

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acquires knowledge from the training leader to understand roles and importance of leading by building a culture of excellence.
• Learns warehouse operations and collaborates with warehouse staff.
• Assists leadership with training and administrative tasks.
• Takes initiative to create an excellent working environment and improve warehouse performance.
• Prepares a presentation and report on a warehouse area to present to ALDI executives.
• Works with team to develop subject matter knowledge.
