ALDI's Warehouse Operations Internship offers hands-on experience with America's fastest growing grocery retailer. This 10-week, full-time program pays $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility and may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation.

You will learn warehouse operations, support training and administration, and present a report to ALDI executives. The role emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and a strong work ethic through daily duties and interviews/orientations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Works cooperatively within a group and stays organized while multi-tasking.
• Demonstrates initiative and strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with staff to build a culture of excellence.
• Assist leadership with training and all administrative tasks.
• Create a presentation and report on a warehouse area for ALDI executives.
• Attend trainings and meetings as appropriate.
