ALDI USA is offering a Warehouse Operations Internship designed to provide hands-on experience in America’s fastest growing grocery retailer. This full-time 10-week program pays $28.00 per hour and offers potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

You will learn warehouse operations, train with leadership, and participate in interviews, inventories, and process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn from training leaders and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Learn warehouse roles and culture from training leader.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to understand operations.
• Understand policies and procedures and maintain professionalism.
• Assist leadership with training and administrative tasks.
• Help improve warehouse associate performance and efficiency.
• Attend interviews and orientations.
• Support Inventory Control tasks and waste reduction initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for ALDI executives.
• Develop subject matter knowledge with team members.
