Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a Warehouse Operations Internship designed to provide hands-on experience in America’s fastest-growing grocery retailer. The program runs 40 hours per week for 10 weeks and pays $28.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.

There is potential for select interns to transition to a full-time role after graduation. Interns will learn warehouse operations, collaborate with staff, and participate in interviews, training events, and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field relevant to logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations under leadership guidance.
• Assist with training and administrative tasks for the team.
• Contribute to inventory control tasks and process improvements.
• Prepare a presentation and report on a warehouse area for executives.
• Attend trainings and meetings and demonstrate professional attendance.
