Job summary

Badger Meter Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations role to manage daily activities across shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will coordinate with carriers, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate data entry in the company system.

The position requires a high school degree or GED and 0–1 years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required; 0–1 years related experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and overall organization.
• Enter received products into the Badger Meter system and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to schedule shipments and manage claims or discrepancies.
• Assist in inventory planning, locations, and return/non-conformance handling.
• Support training of personnel in the warehouse area and ensure safe, efficient processes.
