Badger Meter Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations role to manage daily activities across shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will coordinate with carriers, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate data entry in the company system.
The position requires a high school degree or GED and 0–1 years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

This position will be responsible for the daily warehouse operations at the distribution branches locations. Duties include, but are not limited to, helping design warehouse layout, inventory audits, inventory control, receiving product, assigning or reassigning locations, pulling and shipping orders as well as getting freight quotes from multiple different vendors and coordinating freight shipments. This position will also be tasked with the training of all personnel assigned to this area.
High school degree/GED required 0-1 years of related experience preferred
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word requ
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. Work is performed in close proximity to others. Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
