Job summary

Biopharma Careers in Danvers, MA is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to manage receiving, shipping, and inter-facility material movement between the off-site warehouse and main plant. You will operate box trucks, forklifts, and PIT safely, perform ERP transactions, and maintain inventory records.

You will analyze inventory reports, coordinate daily workloads, troubleshoot issues, monitor equipment, and adhere to EHS standards. Weekend days Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 1+ years of PIT experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, shipping, and inter-facility material movement between the off-site warehouse and main plant.
• Operate box trucks, forklifts, and Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely.
• Perform ERP transactions, inventory records maintenance, and material software operations.
• Analyze inventory reports (LPNs, Min/Max, Aging, Shortages, Expiring) and execute prompt corrective actions.
• Coordinate daily workloads and cross-functional communication to maintain efficiency and hit production targets.
• Troubleshoot and elevate complex inventory or operational issues.
• Monitor equipment functionality and schedule required maintenance.
• Strictly adhere to company Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
