Pro Staff in Acton, MA is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers for weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday). The role requires forklift operation, inventory control, and SAP data entry in a regulated manufacturing environment. Training is Monday–Friday day shift for 1–2 weeks.

The position is temporary and involves loading/unloading, driving a box truck between facilities, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Accurately enter receiving and inventory transactions into SAP.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Drive a company box truck between facilities as needed.
• Coordinate incoming shipments with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support material flow throughout the warehouse.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and audit-ready.

Available Shifts

• Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM | $24.29/hour
• Weekend Nights: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM | $27.60/hour

Important: Must be available to complete training on a Monday-Friday day shift schedule for 1-2 weeks, including forklift and box truck certification training.

Key Responsibilities
