Job summary

DR Power LLP in Jefferson, WI is seeking a Material Handler for a Fri–Sun weekend shift (6 AM–6 PM). Tasks include picking warehoused parts and delivering to assembly areas to support production, while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires learning procedures, operating a forklift (or training to do so), effective team communication, and basic ERP awareness. Candidates should show attention to detail and reliability in a team setting.

Qualifications

Basic problem-solving knowledge.
Ability to read and understand work instructions.
Basic PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

Learn and follow established principles, practices, procedures, processes, and policies.
Learn to operate a forklift or other equipment to transport materials within the facility.
Develop knowledge of the company for the full scope of the role and participate in projects.
Resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisors as needed.
Communicate effectively with supervisor and team members.
Flex across products and areas to support business needs.
Perform forklift daily inspections.
Contribute to safe and efficient operation of equipment.
